Our mission is to help people live their dreams, one home at a time!

Sandpiper came to life to solve a problem during a pandemic. To provide housing to doctors and nurses during a pandemic, we worked with Airbnb owners to offer up their rentals to essential workers. We found we could also help other owners. Airbnb and other short-term rental owners were able to pay the mortgage, tax, insurance, and utility bills every month during the slow season.
